Mark joined LeonaBio in 2024 as a strategic consultant and was appointed Chief Business Officer in February 2026. Mark has more than 25 years of global experience in biopharmaceutical business development, corporate strategy, alliance management, and commercial partnering. His career includes senior leadership roles at I-Mab Biopharma, Genor, OncoImmune, Invenra, MacroGenics, Seattle Genetics, Protein Design Labs, Abgenix and others. He earned his MBA in Finance from the University of Colorado, Boulder – Leeds School of Business, and his BA in Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology (MCDB) from the University of Colorado, Boulder. He has completed Executive Education in Negotiation and Influence Strategies at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
